New
AI assistant design (product + interaction).
Intended as a continuation of the previous experiment, this AI interaction has been designed to shift the conversation model between an opaque humanlike interaction and a transparent robotic one.
Using this approach, these two agents were designed to flag the divergence generated by the type/amount of humanness when building new mental models of AI.
Surprisingly, in social situations, such as playing games, people favour the highly humanlike interaction, despite trusting it far less than the robotic one.
